I offer a graphic design service which includes flyers, invitaions, party packages, wedding packages, bussiness cards, logos, t-shirts, posters, etc. I also offer on the side a handmade design service which I create simple one-of-a-kind pieces from handmade stuff animals to household decor at my HeidiMdesign shop on Etsy.com.

The kind of customers who know what they are looking for in their designs and what kind of price range they are willing to spend.

It's simple really. I get to know my customer by asking them lots of questions about what they are looking for? Are they looking for something simple, clean, expensive looking, one-of-a-kind piece, out of this world amazing design? Are they willing to spend lots of money for the project or spend something small in price range? Do they need the job done in less then 24hrs or something long-term? Like I said, asking a lot of questions is the best way to get to know what your customer really wants. Another typical thing I do with a new customer and to all of my existing customers is to always stay in touch with them through out the project no matter what. It's an important key to have a successful relationship with your customer.

There's really no standard pricing system for my freelance design services as of right now. There's only a hourly rate of $35 and a rush fee of $25.
